About the role

Join a collaborative community OT team in Melbourne’s southeast, working from home and the field with an office base available in Narre Warren. You’ll manage a paediatric caseload—with the option to include adult clients—conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and functional support in community and home settings.

Skills & experience

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (community or paediatrics ideal)
• Strong assessment, planning, and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team culture

Benefits

• Salary $85,000–$115,000 + super (based on experience)
• $5,000 car allowance + $1,000 CPD allowance
